João André Silva de Oliveira

Concluiu graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande em 2008 e mestrado em Diplomacia pelo Instituto Rio Branco (IRBr) em 2012. Atualmente, trabalha como diplomata no Ministério das Relações Exteriores (desde 2010).

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande in 2008 and a master's degree in Diplomacy from the Rio Branco Institute (IRBr) in 2012. Currently, he works as a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (since 2010).
