Germano Forneck is a professional with experience in bridging the distances between China and Brazil. 5th year living in China, with experiences in Doing business in China (FGMC), International Commerce (sourcing, legal assessment,logistics & sales ),and Legal Services (boutique and full service law firms on commercial and international trade law). With a unique international exposure and tailored experiences Germano's accomplishments are related to assisting and consulting business entities and sole investors to achieve success when negotiating, trading ,investing and developing business Between Latin-American Countries and China. The professional and educational experience in various nationalities (America, Brazil, China, including Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan , Canada, Italy and The Netherlands) and International exposure to more than 40 countries taught Germano how to understand, adapt and approximate different business and legal Cultures in order to assist entities to optimize their business when entering into new business realities. His tailored training preparation from Sino, Anglo-Saxan and Latin-American business realities allowed him to effectively comprehend and find ways to reduce the cultural gaps between Latin-American, Chinese and North American ways of taking choices and making business. During his experiences, he developed a remarkable skill to communicate and learn new languages. Today, Germano is bilingual in English and Portuguese with conversational level in French, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin. Education wise Germano is a S.J.D (Doctor of Juridical Sciences) Candidate at Shanghai Jiaotong University, LL.M. (Master of Laws) at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Master of International Business at Hult International Business School and Bachelor of Laws graduate at Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba. Research experience included Business Culture, International Trade, Contracts, Corporate Law and ADR.
