Eder Marques

Graduated in Agronomy from the University of Brasília (2004), Master's (2007), Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from the University of Brasília, Department of Plant Pathology (2012) and Post-Doctorate (2013-2015) in Biological Control of Plant Diseases, from Embrapa Genetic Resources and Biotechnology (CAPES). He was a Substitute Professor from 2012 to 2013 and served as a Full Collaborating Researcher (2013 to 2015) at the Department of Plant Pathology (UnB), participating in undergraduate courses offered to courses in Agronomy and Biology. In 2016 he was a DCI (Brazilian Consortium for Research and Development of Coffee) scholarship also at Embrapa Cenargen, Laboratory of Nematology under the supervision of Dr. Regina Maria Dechechi Gomes Carneiro. He was Substitute Professor at the IFB-Campus Planaltina (2017-2017). He is currently (2018-Current) Professor II in the Department of Agronomy of Faculty UPIS, teaching the Disciplines Phytopathology, Agricultural Microbiology, Weeds, Agro-industrial Production Systems, Seed Technology and Agricultural Chemicals and Environmental Sustainability, being part of the N.D.E. (Structuring Faculty Nucleus). He was also a professor at COTEC-GEF Cristalina / GO (Technological College of Goiás), teaching the Silviculture, Phytosanitary and Integrated Pest and Disease Management components for the Technical Course in Agriculture, in addition to being Supervisor of the Technological Axis (2020- 2021). He has experience in the field of Agronomy, with an emphasis on Phytopathology, working mainly on the following topics: prospecting for bacteria, fungi and plants to control diseases and weeds.
Possui graduação em Agronomia (FAV-UnB), mestrado e doutorado em Fitopatologia (Depto de Fitopatologia/IB-UnB) e Pós-Doutorado em Controle Biológico de Doenças de Plantas (Embrapa Recursos Genéticos e Biotecnologia - CAPES). Atualmente é Professor Adjunto 1 (2023-Atual) na Escola de Agronomia e Coordenador do Núcleo de Pesquisa em Fitopatologia-NPF, da Universidade Federal de Goiás (Campus Samambaia - Goiânia), ministrando parte das disciplinas de graduação Fitopatologia 1 e 2, Patologia Florestal 1 e 2, Proteção de Plantas e também colabora nas disciplinas de pós-graduação: Bactérias Fitopatogênicas e Princípios e Métodos em Fitopatologia. Tem experiência na área de Agronomia, com ênfase em Fitopatologia (Bacteriologia) e manejo de doenças: prospecção de plantas e microrganismos com potencial antimicrobiano, controle biológico de doenças da cana-de-açúcar.
