Paola Lisboa Côdo Dias

Mestre em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais/UFMG (2015), especialista em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2015) e em Smart Cities - Cidades Inteligentes (2020). Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais/UFMG (2008) e curso técnico em Edificações pelo Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais/CEFET-MG (2004). Desde setembro de 2022, está na função de Diretora de Planejamento e Monitoramento da Secretaria Municipal de Política Urbana, participando ativamente dos projetos de modernização e digitalização de fluxos, processos e documentos, esforço da Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Horizonte que, em função da pandemia de COVID-19, foram intensamente acelerados. É ainda membro da Comissão de Mobiliário Urbano, além de ter sido membro da Comissão Provisória de Licitação de Licenciamento de Posturas e integrante da Junta Integrada de Recursos Fiscais da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte. Desde 2012, atua como arquiteta na Prefeitura Municipal de Belo Horizonte. Trabalhou durante mais de quatro anos na Secretaria Municipal Adjunta de Planejamento Urbano, tendo exercido atividades na Gerência de Geoprocessamento e na Gerência Executiva do Conselho Municipal de Política Urbana. Em 2017, foi assessora técnica da Secretaria de Serviços Urbanos. Foi Gerente de Ordenamento Territorial da Secretaria Municipal de Política Urbana, prestando suporte técnico e assessoria para o desenvolvimento, gestão e monitoramento de políticas públicas voltadas para as questões urbanas no Município. Entre 2019 e 2022, foi Diretora de Atendimento, Controle Documental e Normatização, liderando o setor de atendimento e comunicação ao cidadão, setor de trâmite, fluxo e guarda de documentos e processos, setor de análise documental e setor de normatização de procedimentos e informações internas e externas. Atuou por quatro anos na iniciativa privada, prestando consultoria técnica para governos municipais, estaduais e federal nas áreas de transportes, trânsito, uso do solo, infraestrutura urbana e planejamento urbano. Foi professora dos cursos técnicos de Estradas e de Transporte e Trânsito no Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minhas Gerais/CEFET-MG, entre os anos de 2009 e 2010.

She holds a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais/UFMG (2015), a specialization in Project Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (2015), and a specialization in Smart Cities (2020). She has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais/UFMG (2008) and a technical course in Buildings from the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais/CEFET-MG (2004). Since September 2022, she has been the Director of Planning and Monitoring at the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Policy, actively participating in modernization and digitalization projects for flows, processes, and documents, an effort of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, has been intensely accelerated. She is also a member of the Urban Furniture Commission and has been a member of the Temporary Commission for Licensing and Integration of Postures and a member of the Integrated Fiscal Resources Board of the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. Since 2012, she has worked as an architect for the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. She worked for more than four years in the Deputy Municipal Secretariat of Urban Planning, where she worked in the Geoprocessing Management and the Executive Management of the Municipal Council of Urban Policy. In 2017, she was a technical advisor to the Secretary of Urban Services. She was the Manager of Territorial Planning at the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Policy, providing technical support and advice for the development, management, and monitoring of public policies related to urban issues in the Municipality. Between 2019 and 2022, she was the Director of Customer Service, Document Control and Standardization, leading the citizen communication and customer service department, the document management and processing department, the document analysis department, and the standardization of internal and external procedures and information. She worked for four years in the private sector, providing technical consulting for municipal, state, and federal governments in the areas of transportation, traffic, land use, urban infrastructure, and urban planning. She was a professor of the technical courses in Roads and Transportation and Traffic at the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais/CEFET-MG, between 2009 and 2010.
