Patrick Leitouze Moreira

Professor Patrick Letouze works at the "Universidade Federal do Tocantins" at the Computer Science Department. He has a Doctor in Science degree in Electrical Engineering - field of Telecommunications, related to Health Informatics and Management Information Systems, by the "Universidade de Brasília". His Master in Science degree was also obtained at the "Universidade de Brasília" in Electrical Engineering - field of Telecommunications, but this time it was related to Signal and Image Processing. He has a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering by the "Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina with a graduate project on "Project Management of Photonic Systems".

Currently, he is a founding member of the Graduate Program of Computational Modeling of Systems, where he was one of the three professors who coordinated the creation of the proposal of the program, and he was the first Vice-Director from its beginnings in 2012 to 2018.


He operates in the programs: Masters in Computational Modeling of Systems (Vice-coordinator); Masters in Science and Health Education (coordinator); Undergraduate in Computer Science and a Degree In informatics. Moreover, he acts as a lecturer for the opening of scientific events (keynote speaker) and as Academic coordinator of Scientific Conferences (Conference Chair) since 2011, especially by the IEDRC (International Economics and Development Research Center) where he is a "fellow" member. It has several interdisciplinary publications, highlighting its interest in interdisciplinary projects management, research methodology (in particular systematic reviews), development of information management systems, health informatics, educational systems and technologies, and information modeling. Developed the RGM which is an information management system for the support of medicine based on evidence with application to in organ transplant management.
