PROFª DRª LACY GUARACIABA MACHADO

Graduated in Bachelor of Vernacular Literature from the Federal University of Goiás (1973), master's degree in Letters and Linguistics at the Federal University of Goiás (1989) and PhD in Literary Theory from Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (2005). He was Director of the Department of Arts of the Catholic University of Goiás (1991-1994 and 1998-) and Chief of Staff of the Rectory / SCU (1994-2000). In the State Council advisor function of Education - EEC (GO), was a member of the cameras: Higher Education (1998-2006), Legislation and Regulations (1998-2006), Professional Education, (2004 to 2006). He was president of the EEC (GO) terms (2000-2002 and 2010-2011). . He is currently Professor in the undergraduate degree in Letters and the Graduate Program (Master) Literature and Literary Criticism PUC Goiás is dedicated to research on: training of the literary reader - production and reception of the text; b) narratives of African and Brazilian Portuguese, addressing the hybrid creative process, intercultural and semiotic point of view.

Possui graduação em Licenciatura em Letras Vernáculas pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (1973), mestrado em letras e Linguística pela Universidade Federal de Goiás (1989) e doutorado em Teoria da Literatura pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2005). Foi Diretora do Departamento de Letras da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (1991-1994 e 1998-) e Chefe de Gabinete da Reitoria/UCG (1994 a 2000). Na função de conselheira no Conselho Estadual de Educação - CEE (GO), foi membro das câmaras: Educação Superior (1998-2006), Legislação e Normas (1998-2006), Educação Profissional, (2004 a 2006). Foi presidente do CEE (GO), mandatos (2000-2002 e 2010-2011). Atualmente é Professora no curso de graduação em Letras e no Programa de Pós-Graduação (Mestrado) Literatura e Crítica Literária da PUC Goiás. Dedica-se a pesquisas sobre: formação do leitor literário ? produção e recepção do texto; b) narrativas de língua portuguesa africana e brasileira, abordando o processo criativo híbrido, do ponto de vista intercultural e semiótico.
