Graduado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de São João del Rei (2008), pós graduado em Práticas Pedagógicas para Professores pelo IFES (2020), MBA em Gestão Empresarial pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2017) e mestre em Engenharia de Materiais na Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2017). No período de 2008 a 2015 atuou como Engenheiro Mecânico, atuando na Engenharia de Materiais e Manutenção, Supervisor de Manutenção Mecânica e Coordenador de Manutenção na Samarco Mineração. Atualmente atua como Consultor associado em Engenharia, Gestão empresarial e Gestão industrial,. Atua também como docente nível Superior na Faculdade Multivix e no Centro Universitário Vale do Cricaré - UVC - São Mateus/ES e nível pós graduação na Universidade de São Paulo/USP.

Mechanical engineer with large experience in industrial maintenance, process enginieering and mining processes. Responsible for multifunctional teams: planning, inspection, execution of plant maintenance, materials engineering, contracted services, acting in safety and environmental management, organizational climate management, budget and cost control, production chain performance analysis and reporting For maintenance management and general unit management. Continuous improvement tools such as: L6S (Lean Six Sigma), Kaizen, 5S, Routine Management, FYP Five Years Plan and Human Reliability. Extensive technical knowledge of industrial plants and equipment: Mine, Crushing, Conveyor belts and Concentrators - milling, pumping, flotation and thickening.
