Rosangela Pereira Ramos

Doutoranda em Ciências Contábeis e Administração pela FUCAPE RJ, possui Mestrado em Ciências Contábeis pela FUCAPE RJ, especialização em Controladoria Pública pela UERJ, graduação em Ciências Contábeis pela Faculdade Moraes Junior (atual Mackenzie Rio) e em Direito pela UNESA. Contadora da Controladoria Geral do Município do Rio de Janeiro, ocupou os cargos de Gerente de Processos, Coordenadora de Contabilidade e Contadora-Geral. Membro da Comissão da Área Pública do Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro desde 2016. Membro titular representante do Conselho Nacional de Controle Interno - CONACI no Grupo Técnico de Padronização de Procedimentos Contábeis - GTCON (2014 a 2016). Instrutora habilitada pela Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional - STN.

PhD student in Accounting and Administration at FUCAPE RJ, holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from FUCAPE RJ, specialization in Public Controllership from UERJ, a degree in Accounting from Faculdade Moraes Junior (currently Mackenzie Rio) and in Law from UNESA. Accountant of the Comptroller General of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, she held the positions of Process Manager, Accounting Coordinator and General Accountant. Member of the Public Area Commission of the Regional Accounting Council of the State of Rio de Janeiro since 2016. Full member representing the National Council for Internal Control - CONACI in the Technical Group for the Standardization of Accounting Procedures - GTCON (2014 to 2016). Instructor certified by the National Treasury Secretariat - STN.
