Flávio Lúcio Santos de Carvalho

I have a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1997), a degree in Full Degree in Chemistry, Mathematics and Professional Metallurgy from the Education for Work Foundation of Minas Gerais (1999), a Master's in Metallurgical and Mining Engineering from the Federal University from Minas Gerais (2002 - emphasis on Materials Science - Ceramic, Composite and Metallic Surface Tribological Coatings), post graduate in Mathematics from the Faculty of Nanuque (2014) and an MBA in Hybrid Education, Active Methodologies and Learning Management (2020). At ArcelorMittal Tubarão I worked as an Integrated Product Quality Control specialist - plate and coil (2001~2008) and as a Production Planning and Control specialist - PCP in Product Order Management for coil (2008~2013), thus obtaining the experiences in the areas of Metallurgical Engineering - Integrated Product Quality Control and Production Engineering - Product Order Management. I acted as a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espírito Santo (IFES - 2004~2006 and 2009~2014) and Faculdade do Centro Leste (UCL - 02/2008~06/2008) teaching subjects of higher education courses in Metallurgical Engineering and Metallurgical Technology, and Metallurgy Technician in both institutions (the disciplines being: Steel, Steelmaking, Mechanical Forming, Foundry and Welding). I also work as a Mathematics and Chemistry teacher at state education institutions for high school (since 2013). I am currently a master professor at UNISALES - Centro Universitário Salesiano (2013) in the subjects of: Material Science, Material Resistance, General Inorganic and Technological Chemistry, Mechanics I, Production Planning and Control I, Productive Processes, Lean Manufacturing Production Systems and Production Facilities Projects for the Production Engineering and Civil Engineering courses. Acted as coordinator and advisor of interdisciplinary integrative projects in the Civil Engineering course. I acted as coordinator teacher and advisor of interdisciplinary integrative projects and advisor teacher of TCC projects, both in the Production Engineering course.

Possuo graduação em Engenharia Metalúrgica pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1997), graduação em Licenciatura Plena em Química, Matemática e Metalurgia Profissional pela Fundação de Educação Para o Trabalho de Minas Gerais (1999), mestrado em Engenharia Metalúrgica e de Minas pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2002 - ênfase em Ciência dos Materiais - Recobrimentos Tribológicos Superficiais Cerâmicos, Compósitos e Metálicos), pós graduado em Matemática pela Faculdade de Nanuque (2014) e MBA em Educação Híbrida, Metodologias Ativas e Gestão de Aprendizagem (2020). Na empresa ArcelorMittal Tubarão trabalhei como especialista de Controle Integrado de Qualidade de Produtos - placa e bobina (2001~2008) e como especialista de Planejamento e Controle de Produção-PCP em Gestão de Pedidos de Produto bobina (2008~2013), obtendo assim as experiências nas áreas de Engenharia Metalúrgica - Controle Integrado de Qualidade de Produtos e Engenharia de Produção - Gerenciamento de Pedidos de Produtos. Atuei como professor no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (IFES - 2004~2006 e 2009~2014) e Faculdade do Centro Leste (UCL - 02/2008~06/2008) ministrando disciplinas dos cursos de ensino superior de Engenharia Metalúrgica e Tecnologia Metalúrgica, e Técnico em Metalurgia em ambas as instituições (sendo as disciplinas: Siderurgia, Aciaria, Conformação Mecânica, Fundição e Soldagem). Atuo também como professor de Matemática e Química em instituições de ensino estadual para ensino médio (desde 2013). Atualmente sou professor mestre da UNISALES - Centro Universitário Salesiano (2013) nas disciplinas de: Ciência dos Materiais, Resistência dos Materiais, Química Geral Inorgânica e Tecnológica, Mecânica I, Planejamento e Controle da Produção I, Processos Produtivos, Sistemas de Produção Manufatura Enxuta e Projetos Instalações Produtivas para os cursos de Engenharia de Produção e Engenharia Civil. Atuou como coordenador e orientador de projetos integradores interdisciplinares no curso de Engenharia Civil. Atuei como professor coordenador e orientador de projetos integradores interdisciplinares e professor orientador de projetos de TCC, ambos no curso de Engenharia de Produção.
