Degree in Civil Construction from the State University of Bahia-Uneb (1998), Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the State University of Bahia-Uneb (2006). Specialist in Municipal Public Management also from Uneb and Master in Energy from UNIFACS/LAUREATI -Salvador. Teacher of the state education network since 1998. Civil Engineer in private companies from 2006-2010. Engineering and Maintenance Coordinator SENAC/BAHIA (2010-2014). He is currently Head of the Planning Section at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusofonia - UNILAB, Campus dos Malês. In the exercise of his mandate as chairman of the Public Ethics Commission/UNILAB and member of the Management Board of Campus dos Malês.
