Elielza Moura de Souza Barbosa

Graduada em Engenharia Química (1976) pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco-UFPE. Mestrado em Tecnologias Energéticas e Nucleares (1979) na área de energia nuclear/Purificação do Urânio. Doutorado na área de energias renováveis do Programa de Pós-graduação em Tecnologias Energéticas e Nucleares - PROTEN (2009), ambos pela UFPE. Professora da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco desde 1976 e pesquisadora na área de Energias Renováveis, com ênfase em Energia Solar, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Transferência e inserção da tecnologia solar, Geração de energia fotovoltaica e heliotémica, Desempenho de sistemas solares, Eletrificação rural e bombeamento de água fotovoltaico.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering (1976) from the Federal University of Pernambuco-UFPE. Master in Energy and Nuclear Technologies (1979) in the area of nuclear energy/uranium purification and PhD in the area of renewable energies of the Graduate Program in Energy and Nuclear Technologies -PROTEN (2009), both from UFPE. Professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco since 1979 and researcher in the area of Renewable Energies, with emphasis on Solar Energy, working mainly on the following topics: Transfer and insertion of solar technology, Photovoltaic and heliotemic power generation, Performance of solar systems, Rural electrification and photovoltaic water pumping.
