Thiago de Araujo Cardoso

Post-Doctoral student at the PPG in Biomedical Gerontology (PUCRS), Doctor (2019) and Master (2016) in Child Health/Pediatrics from the PPG in Medicine/Pediatrics and Child Health at PUCRS, graduation in Physical Education Degree from URCAMP (2009) and Bachelor's degree from Claretiano (2021), and Occupational Safety Technician (2021). He is currently Technical Manager at the Regional Council of Physical Education of the 2nd Region (CREF2/RS). He was a professor at the Centro Universitário Cenecista de Osório in Physical Education and Physiotherapy courses, in face-to-face and distance learning modalities (2017-2022). He is a researcher in the areas of Pulmonology (Asthma), Public Health and Physical Training. At PUCRS, he is a Researcher at the Laboratory of Evaluation and Research in Physical Activity (LAPAFI), he was a member of the Child Health Education Center/NESC and a collaborating researcher at the Laboratory of Aerospace Physiology and Biomechanics of the Microgravity Center. He gives courses and lectures on Physical Training, Health Education, Pre-Hospital Care, Water Rescue and Fire Prevention and Fighting. At AVSR SOS TRAUMA, he is an instructor in the Trauma Rescue and Search and Rescue in Remote Areas courses. In the Brazilian Army he was 1st Lieutenant of Combat Engineering, Physical Training Officer, Chief Instructor, Weapons, Ammunition and Shooting Officer and Commander of the Special Operations Platoon.
