Rafael Mendes Ribeiro Ruschel

I will be graduated in Law in the second half of 2014 (PUC-RS), and I am in the postgraduate program in International economic law of the Universty Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1. I carried out approximately three years my studies in France, comprising: an exchange program in Paris in PGSM School, where I enrolled in courses such as Anglo-Saxon Business Law. International Business Law, Foundations and Perspectives of European Union and International Business Diplomacy; a year of Licence 2 (bac +2), in the University Lyon (Université Lumière Lyon 2); and one year of a post-grad program (M1) in Ralations Internationales, Sécurité et Défense in the University of Lyon (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3). During the later I wrote a paper, under the direction of François David, regarding the foreign policy of the United States in the post war Germany, and the origins of the German Federal Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst) with declassified CIA documents. After my graduation I plan to continue my Master s program (M2) in France. Areas of interest:International Law, Diplomacy, History of International Relations, International Economic Law, Political Science and State Theory, Philosophy of International Relations, Management of Strategic Resources, Republicanism, International Security, Human Rights, Constitutional Law and its Writs.

Me formarei em Direito pela PUC-RS em julho de 2014 e atualmente sou mestrando (Master 2) em Direito internacional econômico na Universidade Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris 1. Realizei aproximadamente três anos de estudos superiores na França: um semestre a título de intercâmbio pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul na PGSM com a finalidade de estudar Direito internacional privado; um ano de Licence 2 (bac+2) em Direito na Universidade de Lyon (Université Lumière Lyon 2); e um ano no programa de Mestrado (Master 1) em Relações Internacionais (Ralations Internationales,Sécurité et Défense pela Universidade de Lyon Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3).Minhas áreas de interesse compreendem: Direito Internacional, Diplomacia, História das Relações Internacionais, Direito Internacional Econômico, Ciências Políticas e Teoria do Estado, Filosofia das Relações Internacionais, Política Internacional e Gestão de Recursos Estratégicos, Republicanismo, Segurança Internacional, Controle Democrático de Organizações de Inteligência, Direitos Humanos, Direito Constitucional e Ações Constitucionais.
