Kelly Lima Gama Ruchdeschel

Graduated in Psychology at the Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo (UNASP-SP, 2011), specialist in People Management (FAAP, 2016), Coach (formed by the Brazilian Coaching Society (SCB, 2016, 360 hour workload) and Master in Human Development (UNITAU-SP, 2019). She has experience in the area of ​​Human Resources and clinic, currently working in the clinical area and as an educational psychologist at the Paulista Adventist Institution of Education and Social Assistance of the Associação Paulista do Vale (APV) promoting projects and interventions related to mental health, learning, behavior with the objective of achieving the best academic, social, emotional performance of students and others involved. Works in the Research Group: Interdisciplinary Study and Research Group in Mental Health - GEPISM (Student / UNIFESP).

Possui graduação em Psicologia pelo Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo (UNASP-SP, 2011), especialista em Gestão de Pessoas(FAAP,2016) , Coach (formada pela Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching (SCB, 2016, carga horária de 360 horas) e Mestre em Desenvolvimento Humano (UNITAU-SP, 2019). Tem experiência na área de Recursos Humanos e clínica, atualmente trabalha na área clínica e como psicóloga educacional na Instituição Paulista Adventista de Educação e Assistência Social da Associação Paulista do Vale (APV) promovendo projetos e intervenções referente à saúde mental, aprendizagem, comportamento com o objetivo de alcançar o melhor desempenho acadêmico, social, emocional dos alunos e demais envolvidos. Atua no Grupo de Pesquisa: Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Interdisciplinares em Saúde Mental - GEPISM (Estudante/UNIFESP).
