Formação Técnica em Hidrogênio Verde (H2V) pela pela Agência Alemã GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft Technische für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), Mestrado em Física Aplicada na área de Energias Renováveis no curso CMACFA da Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE (2021), Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR (1991). Especialização em Redes de Computadores - UNIFOR (1993), Pós-graduação em Eletrônica Industrial - UFC (1996), e Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho - UNIFOR (2010). Docente na Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) no Departamento de Engenharia Elétrica (DEE) em 1994. Professor no curso de Pós-graduação em Turismo na Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR) em 1997 e professor do curso de Pós-graduação em Sistemas Elétricos de Potência (SEP) na UniFANOR/DeVry em 2018. Lecionou no curso de graduação em engenharia civil e engenharia de produção da Universidade Ateneu (UniATENEU) de 2017 a 2021. Coordenou o Curso de Especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho da UNIFOR onde ministrou as Disciplinas de Introdução a EST e Segurança em Eletricidade (NR-10). Atualmente, é instrutor/professor do SENAI CE WDS nas áreas de Segurança do Trabalho e Cursos de Eletrotécnica. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Elétrica, com ênfase em automação de sistemas elétricos, além de projeto, construção, operação e manutenção de Subestações e Redes de Distribuição de Energia Elétrica. Atua, também, no mercado como consultor técnico nas área de Engenharia Elétrica e Segurança do Trabalho, com experiência Internacional em Testes de Sistemas e Equipamentos em Fábrica - TAF (EUA e Portugal).

He taught in the undergraduate course in civil engineering and production engineering at Universidade Ateneu (UniATENEU) from 2017 to 2021. He coordinated the Specialization Course in Occupational Safety Engineering at UNIFOR and was Professor of the Introduction to EST and Electricity Safety Courses (NR-10). Currently, he is an instructor / professor at SENAI CE WDS in the areas of Work Safety and Electrotechnical Courses. He has experience in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on automation of electrical systems, as well as design, construction, operation and maintenance of Substations and Electricity Distribution Networks. He also works in the market as a technical consultant in the areas of Electrical Engineering and Work Safety, with international experience in Testing Systems and Equipment Acceptance in Factory - FAT (USA and Portugal).
