Tatiana Gesteira de Almeida Ferraz

Doutora em Gestão e Tecnologia Industrial pelo Centro Universitário SENAI CIMATEC (2023), mestre em Engenharia Civil (Engenharia de Estruturas) pela Universidade de São Paulo (2001) e graduada em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (1998). Possui MBA Executivo em Gestão Empresarial da Construção (2008) e Formação Pedagógica pela Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (2009). Atualmente, atua como Pró reitora Administrativo Financeira do Centro Universitário SENAI CIMATEC, Gerente Executiva da Escola Técnica SENAI CIMATEC e gestora da área de Educação Online na mesma instituição. Tem experiência em docência no ensino superior, coordenação de projetos e gestão de negócios, em especial, na gestão da educação.

PhD in Management and Industrial Technology from SENAI CIMATEC (2023), Master in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from the University of São Paulo (2001) and graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (1998). She has an Executive MBA in Construction Business Management (2008) and Pedagogical Training from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (2009). Currently, she serves as Financial and Administrative Provost at SENAI CIMATEC University Center, Executive Manager at SENAI CIMATEC Vocational School and manager of the Online Education area at the same institution. She has experience in higher education teaching, project coordination and business management, especially in education management.
