Alexandre Mitsuro Silveira Yassu

Doutorando pela pós-graduação em Gestão Territorial da Universidade Federal do ABC (PGT-UFABC). Mestre pelo IPPUR-UFRJ com uma pesquisa sobre a produção do espaço metropolitano sob o domínio das finanças. Pesquisa temas relacionados a reestruturação do setor imobiliário e sua articulação com a reestruturação produtiva global. Foi membro do Observatório das Metrópoles no grupo de trabalho Habitação e Cidade. Atualmente integra os grupos de pesquisa Espaço, produção e Política Urbana da FAU-USP (link http://dgp.cnpq.br/dgp/espelhogrupo/552361) e parte do grupo Estado, espaço e a constituição da financeirização urbana do LEPUR_UFABC. Em ambos grupos desenvolve pesquisas relacionadas a infraestrutura, financeirização e a metrópole, com foco na economia política, governança e financiamento. Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade de São Paulo (2010), tem experiência profissional em urbanização de assentamentos precários e produção de habitação social na Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo, na Prefeitura Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e na prefeitura de Osasco em São Paulo. Nos últimos anos tem se dedicado as articulações entre planejamento urbano e a ciências de dados, com foco no tratamento, georeferenciamento e visualização de dados.

PHD candidate in the postgraduate course in Territorial Management at the Federal University of ABC (PGT-UFABC).Master by IPPUR-UFRJ with a research on the production of the metropolitan space under the domain of finance. Researches themes related to the restructuring of the real estate sector and its articulation with the global productive restructuring. He was a member of the Observatório das Metrópoles in the Habitation and City working group. He is currently a member of the research groups Space, Production and Urban Policy at FAU-USP e. State, space and the constitution of the urban financialization of LEPUR_UFABC. In both groups, he develops research related to infrastructure, financialization and the metropolis, focusing on political economy, governance and financing. Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo (2010), has professional experience in urbanization of precarious settlements and production of social housing in the Municipality of São Paulo, in the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro and in the municipality of Osasco in São Paulo . In recent years, the links between urban planning and data science have been dedicated, with a focus on data processing, georeferencing and visualization.
