Brunna Crespi

Brunna Crespi is a Research Associate at UMR 208 Paloc (IRD/MNHN). She obtained a PhD degree in Ethnogeography at the National Museum of Natural History (France) in 2018. She has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Ethnoecology, at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and a Master's degree multi-field in Cultural Geography and Anthropology, speciality ?Environment, Landscape and Societies? at the National Museum of Natural History and the University Paris 7 - Denis Diderot, Paris. She had worked with Amazon rainforest local communities and her current research focuses on Melanesian communities. She is interested in sacred landscapes, cultural resilience, identity in pluricultural areas, and territorial representations.
