Alice Helena Heil de Borba

Possui graduação em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (2014) e mestrado em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2018). Tem experiência na área de Paradiplomacia, com ênfase em Relações Internacionais, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: inovação de processos, paradiplomacia, inovação, planejamento estratégico e desenvolvimento. É doutoranda pela UFABC em Ciências Sociais e Humanas

Undergraduate student in BA in International Relations from the University of Vale do Itajaí - UNIVALI. Worked in the field of International Relations of the University of Joinville Region ? UNIVILLE; at the International Affairs Office and developed activities regarding the development of administrative and strategic processes for the international actions of that institution. In addition, through interconnected public sectors, such as the Municipality of Joinville, obtained experience in issues related to international activities of the municipality through the Sister Cities Committee.
