Natália Bender

Physical Education teacher in the State Education Network of Rio Grande do Sul since 2020 up to the present day. Taught the subject of "Body and Language" for the Pedagogy, Literature, and Physical Education courses at Univates University in the semester 2023/1. Served as a Preceptor Teacher for the Pedagogical Residence Program for Literature and Physical Education at Univates from 2021 to 2022. Holds a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, both from the School of Physical Education, Physiotherapy, and Dance (ESEFID) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Areas of expertise and research include: History of Sports, History of Artistic Gymnastics, History of the Body, Women and Body Practices, School Physical Education, and Sociocultural Studies. Was a scholarship holder for the monitoring of the curriculum and planning of Physical Education in schools (UFRGS - 2015/2) and a research scholarship holder at the Center for Sports Memory (ESEFID - UFRGS between 2012 and 2014).

Professora da disciplina de Educação Física na Rede Estadual de Ensino do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul desde 2020 até os dias atuais. Áreas de atuação e pesquisa: História do Esporte, História da Ginástica Artística, História do Corpo, Mulheres e as Práticas Corporais, Educação Física Escolar, Estudos Socioculturais. Foi bolsista de monitoria da disciplina Currículo e Planejamento da Educação Física Escolar (UFRGS - 2015/2) e bolsista de Iniciação científica no Centro de Memória do Esporte (ESEFID - UFRGS entre 2012 e 2014).
