Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2000), Master's in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2005), PhD in Plant Biology from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2009) and Post -PhD from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2011). Adjunct Professor II at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) from 2011-2014. Experience in the area of Plant Biology, with emphasis on Taxonomy, Morphology, Evolution and Phylogeny of Angiosperms, mainly with taxa of the Leguminosae family.
