Nowadays is responsible for Continuous Nursery Program at Dow AgroSciences in Brazil, developing the trait introgression for corn breeder lines.Experiency - Development and implementation of project of trait introgression for corn breeding program in cooperation with global team. Participation, definition and implementation of strategic plan for quality control in the research of hybrid maize. Team coordination, project management and technical responsibility for trait introgression in improving assisted by molecular markers. Development of activities by the Regulatory Affairs team and Impex (import/export processes of seed for research activities).
