Claudio Moreira

Graduated in Physical Education from the State University of Campinas (2000), master's (2002) and doctorate (2007) in Communications from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign. He is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Communication at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Has experience in the area of performance studies, with an emphasis on cultural studies, mainly in the following themes: autoetnografia performative focused on issues of race. gender and social classes.
