I have PhD in Philology and Portuguese Language by the Department of Classical and Vernacular Languages ? Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences - University of São Paulo, with the research title: Morphosyntactic analysis of the Wh-pronouns in the Portuguese language spoken in Cape Verde, under the supervision of Marcia Duarte de Oliveira Santos, PhD. I have a MA degree in Philology and Portuguese Language with the dissertation entitled: A syntactic analysis of relative constructions in the Creole of São Nicolau Island - Cape Verde, under the supervision of Marcia Santos Duarte de Oliveira, PhD (2012) and Bachelor of Arts from Andrews University, Michigan, USA (1998). I worked as the monitor of the Website and transcripts of the Pilot Project IPHAN/USP # 20173 entitled: ethnolinguistic survey of Afro-Brazilian communities of Minas Gerais and Pará, coordinated by Margarida Maria Taddoni Petter, PhD and Marcia Santos Duarte de Oliveira, PhD ? Faculty of Philosophy, Languages and Human Sciences ? University of São Paulo.
É doutor em Filologia e Língua Portuguesa pelo Departamento de Letras Clássicas e Vernáculas da Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas - Universidade de São Paulo, como o Tema: Análise Morfossintática dos Pronomes-Q no Português Falado em Cabo Verde, sob a orientação da Profª Drª Márcia Santos Duarte de Oliveira. Foi bolsista. Possui Mestrado em Letras, área de Filologia e Língua Portuguesa com dissertação intitulada: Para Uma Análise Sintática das Construções Relativas no Crioulo da Ilha de São Nicolau ? Cabo Verde, sob a orientação da Profª Drª Márcia Santos Duarte de Oliveira (2012) e Bachelor of Arts pela Andrews University, Michigan, EUA (1998). Trabalhou como monitor do site e das transcrições do Projeto Piloto IPHAN/USP 20173 - Levantamento etnolinguístico de comunidades afro-brasileiras de Minas Gerais e Pará, coordenado pela Profª Drª Margarida Maria Taddoni Petter e Profª Drª Márcia Santos Duarte de Oliveira da Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas ?
