Graduado and a BA in Social Sciences at the Federal University of Sergipe (2001), MA in Sociology from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2004). He started his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Pernembuco (2005 -). In Brazil he worked as a substitute teacher of sociology courses I and Introduction to Social Sciences at the Federal University of Sergipe and Rural Sociology professor in the discipline at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Sweden has the crane Master of Education from the University of Stockholm (2009) and worked in several schools in the municipality of Stockholm. He currently works as an adjunct professor in the department of languages and media at the University of Dalarna, Sweden. He has experience in history, with emphasis on History Republic of Brazil, Portuguese and Sociology and Social Sciences acting on the following topics: popular Catholicism, Catholic Church in Sergipe, social representation, identity, religious orthodoxy, social processes.
Possui graduação em Ciências Sociais Bacharelado pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (2001), mestrado em Mestrado em Educacão pela Universidade de Estocolmo (2009) e mestrado em Sociologia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2004). Atualmente é substituto - Stockholm University e professor adjunto de português - Dalarna university. Tem experiência na área de História, com ênfase em História do Brasil República, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: catolicismo popular, representação social, igreja católica em sergipe, ortodoxia religiosa e identidade.
