Roberto Bassan Peixoto

Doutor em Serviço Social Pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ/RJ), Sociólogo pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL/PR) e Mestre em Organizações e Desenvolvimento pelo Centro Universitário - FAE, em Curitiba-PR(2011). Doutorado Sanduíche junto ao Departamento de Sociologia da Universidade Autônoma de Barcelona - UaB, na Espanha. Foi Superintendente de Políticas para Infância e Juventude, Coordenador de Medidas Socioeducativas da Secretaria de Estado da Criança e da Juventude do Governo do Estado do Paraná, consultor e Subdiretor Geral do Departamento Geral de Ações Socioeducativas (Degase) no Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e atualmente é Superintendente da Superintendência Estadual de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SEAS) do Governo do Estado do Ceará. Além de ser Professor de Sociologia, Métodos e Técnicas de Pesquisa Interdisciplinar em Humanidades, Direitos Humanos Movimentos Sociais, Filosofia do Direito, Hermenêutica Jurídica e Políticas Públicas é autor de livros, com experiência de pesquisas e palestrante com atuação principal nos temas: direitos humanos, participação social, movimentos sociais, juventude, drogas, violência, socioeducação, políticas públicas e medidas socioeducativas.

PhD in Social Work from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ / RJ), Sociologist from the State University of Londrina (UEL / PR) and Master in Organization and Development from the University Center - FAE, Curitiba-PR (2011). Doctorate Sandwich with the Department of Sociology of the Autonomous University of Barcelona - UaB, Spain. He was Superintendent of Policies for Children and Youth, Coordinator of Socio-educational Measures of the State Secretariat for Children and Youth of the Government of the State of Paraná, consultant and Deputy Director General of the General Department of Socio-educational Actions (Degase) in the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro and Coordinator of Management and Communication of the State Superintendence of Socio-Educational Assistance of the Government of the State of Ceará. In addition to being a Professor of Sociology, Methods and Techniques of Interdisciplinary Research in Humanities, Human Rights and Public Policy, he is the author of books, with research experience and lecturer with main activity in the subjects: human rights, youth, drugs, violence, socioeducation, politics and socio-educational measures.
