Mestre em Direito Ambiental pela Universidade do Estado do Amazonas (UEA), Especialista em Direito Público pelo Centro Universitário do Norte (Uninorte/Laureate), Especialista em Compliance e Gestão de Riscos: área de conhecimento: Ciências, Matemática e Computação, pela Faculdade Anhanguera. Graduado em Direito, pelo Centro Universitário do Norte (Uninorte/Laureate). Especialista em Direito e Sistema Registral e Notarial Brasileiro (Metropolitana). As experiências profissionais são voltadas à docência universitária, advocacia e pesquisador em comunidades tradicionais: Povos Originários e Quilombolas; Direito Processual Civil e Penal; além de tecnologias educacionais.

Lawyer and university professor. Master in Environmental Law from the State University of Amazonas (UEA). Graduated in Law, by the University Center of the North (Uninorte / Laureate), specialist in Public Law by Uninorte / Laureate. He works in the State of Amazonas as a lawyer and a university professor. He had the academic experience of substitute professor at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM). He also has experience and professional records as a Journalist and Radialist, and has worked as a reporter for Rádio Amazonas 101.5 FM, a member of Grupo Rede Amazônica de Rádio e TV, affiliated with Rede Globo. Winner of the III Fapeam Award for Scientific Journalism 2012, Radio category. It acts in the lines of research: Public policies of water resources, Traditional Communities and strategic security and Environmental Law of Work and Waste Treatment. He is a correspondent of national legal offices in the city of Manaus (AM). In 2014, participated in the news coverage of the World Cup, transmitting all the games of the Arena of the Amazon and the other games of the world. In 2012 he was a reporter and editor-in-chief of www.manoreporter.com.br. Since 2008, she has been a correspondent for the Agência Radio WEB in Brasília (www.agenciaradioweb.com, br). He worked in the Pastoral of Communication of the Missionary Area of #8203;#8203;Santos Mártires, eastern zone of Manaus. He is one of the first volunteers and collaborators of Community Radio "A Voz das Comunidades" 87,9 FM, the first legalized by the Ministry of Communications in Brazil.
