Professor titular da Faculdade de Gestão & Negócios. Pesquisa atualmente sobre Direito Constitucional Público e Teoria Política, Estado Democrático de Direito no Brasil e Ativismo Judicial. Foi debatedor da palestra proferida pelo professor Alexandre Freire - Assessor do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), sobre o tema ?As peculiaridades do Novo Código de Processo Civil?. Também ministrou o Curso de Prática Forense e o Novo Código de Processo Civil patrocinado pela Escola Superior da Advocacia (ESA/CE). Fundador da sociedade Patriarca Brandão Advogados Associados (2017). Tem atuação nos tribunais de justiça do Ceará (TJCE), Paraiba (TJPB), Permanbuco (TJPE) e São Paulo (TJSP), Tribunal Regional Federal da 5a.Região (TRF 5a.), Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Ceará (TCE). Foi membro do Núcleo Estratégico da sociedade Andrade & Goiana Advogados Associados.

He was the chairman of the IV Meeting of Young Lawyers at the session on the topic: Supremocracy: Aspects of this undeniable reality in the light of constitutionality control and the new Civil Procedure Code, with Professor Pedro Lenza as a speaker. He was a debater of the lecture given by Professor Alexandre Freire - Advisor to the Supreme Federal Court (STF), on the theme "The peculiarities of the New Code of Civil Procedure".
