Specialist in Auditing, Evaluations and Engineering Expertise at IPOG - Institute of Postgraduate and Graduation (2014), Master's Degree in Environment and Regional Development at Anhanguera-Uniderp University. Has experience in the area of Architecture and Urbanism, with emphasis on Real Estate Appraisal, analysis, monitoring and inspection of Public and Private Works / Projects, Elaboration of projects and budgets of work and service (quantity survey and unit price quotation and global). Inspection and physical and financial survey of buildings. Direction, execution and inspection of works and technical services. Founding partner N ° 105 of the Brazilian Society of Engineering of Evaluation (SOBREA) in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Sou Graduada em Arquitetura e Urbanismo desde 1998, especialista em Auditoria, Avaliações e Perícias da Engenharia em 2014e Mestre em Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Regional em 2019. Possuo ampla experiência na área de Avaliação Imobiliária, análise, acompanhamento e vistoria de Obras (Empreendimentos Públicos e Privados), licitações de obras, Elaboração de projetos e orçamentos de obra e serviço (levantamento de quantidades e cotação de preço unitário e global). Direção, execução e fiscalização de obras e serviços técnicos. Sou Sócio fundadora N° 105 da SOBREA (Sociedade Brasileira de Engenharia de Avaliações) no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul.
