Flavia Schwartzman

Dietitian, with a degree in Nutrition from the School of Public Health (FSP), University of São Paulo (USP), Master of Science from the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) and PhD in Science from the FSP / USP. She was an international consultant of the World Food Programme (WFP) of the United Nations (UN) in Nicaragua and Haiti. Currently is regional consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the UN. It has experience in the fields of food and nutrition in public health, acting on the following areas: nutrition and school, food and nutrition security, food and nutrition education, promotion of healthy eating.

Nutricionista, com graduação em Nutrição pela Faculdade de Saúde Pública (FSP) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Mestre em Ciências pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp) e Doutora em Ciências pela FSP/USP. Atualmente, é consultora da Organização para Alimentação e Agricultura das Nações Unidas (FAO). Tem experiência nos campos da alimentação e nutrição em saúde pública, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: alimentação e nutrição escolar, segurança alimentar e nutricional, educação alimentar e nutricional e promoção da alimentação saudável, hortas escolares pedagógicas e formação profissional.
