My main domain of interest is conservation ecology, with an emphasis on mammals (particularly carnivores). However, along the years my interests have expanded to themes more inter-disciplinary such as human-wildlife conflict, sustainability of the cork-oak ecosystem, conservation of Mediterranean landscapes, landscape genetics, and ecosystem services.
