Lazara Elena Santiesteban Lores

Bachelor in Microbiology - Faculty of Biology, University of Havana (2005-2010). From 2010 to 2014 worked as a researcher at the Center for Biomolecular Chemistry in Havana, Cuba (now attached to Finlay Institute) in the preliminary phase of a R&D project for the development of a heptavalent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. From 2014 to 2016 performed a Master Degree in Biotechnology at the University of São Paulo (Interunit Post-Graduate Program in Biotechnology), receiving a scholarship from the Funding Agency ?National Council for Scientific and Technological Development? (CNPq) as part of the ?Graduate Student Agreement Program? (PEC-PG). From 2016 to 2021 performed a PhD in Immunology at the Department of Immunology from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo, receiving a scholarship from the Funding Agency "Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel" (CAPES). I have expirence in Microbiology, Imunology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology.
