Doutor em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial pela Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP). Foi pesquisador no Centro para Inovação, Tecnologia e Empreendedorismo (INESC TEC/POR) e no Núcleo para a Gestão da Inovação (NAGI/UFRN). É revisor de periódicos internacionais e nacionais com destaque para as revistas Energy Policy (0301-4215), Environment, Development and Sustainability (1387-585X), Journal of Cleaner Production (0959-6526) e Cadernos EBAPE.BR/FGV (1679-3951). Atualmente é consultor em Inovação & Negócios na Fkt Independent Consultancy (farkatt.com) e Diretor de Projetos e Novos Negócios na Innovation Latam (innovationlatam.com).

PhD in Engineering and Industrial Management - Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP).
