Bacharel em Química Industrial (2001-2005) e mestre em Engenharia Ambiental (2005-2007) ambos pela Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. Doutor em Ciências com ênfase em Físico-Química pela Universidade de São Paulo (2007-2011). Atua nas áreas de Físico-Química, Química Orgânica e Ambiental e Engenharia Ambiental com ênfase em aproveitamento e modificação de resíduos sólidos (agroindustriais) para fins de descontaminação de águas e efluentes industriais contendo metais, corantes e outros poluentes e também para produção de biocombustíveis (etanol, metano e hidrogênio) no contexto da biorrefinaria lignocelulósica.

Bachelor in Industrial Chemistry (2001-2005) and Master in Environmental Engineering (2005-2007) both from the Federal University of Ouro Preto. Doctor in Science with emphasis in Physical Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2007-2011). I work with Physical Chemistry, Environmental and Organic Chemistry, and Environmental Engineering with emphasis on utilization and modification of solid wastes (agroindustrial) for water decontamination purposes and industrial wastewater treatmemt, both containing metals, dyes and other pollutants, and also for the production of biofuels (ethanol, methane and hydrogen) in the context of lignocellulosic biorefinery.
