Fernando Vinicius Chafim Bernardo

Fernando Chafim started in 2014 his PhD in Economics at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). His research interests are methodology of empirical economics and complementarities with other social disciplines and statistical learning. His other topics of research are social ontology, the nature of scientific models and explanatory/predictive power of tests.He has had a variety of teaching internships/experiences (Accounting, Methods of Economic Analysis and Mathematical Economics) for economics and engineering students at State University of Campinas.He is member of the research group "Economia e Instituições", accredited by the Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq).
