PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London (2018), MSc in mechanical engineering (2011), Specialization in Naval Construction (2013) and Education, and BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2009). He has been a professor at the Federal Institute of Pernambuco Campus Ipojuca since 2011 and belongs to the Mechanical Engineering course at IFPE Campus Ipojuca. He also coordinates a Maker Space at the same Campus. Has experience in Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis on Energy, working on the following topics: energy efficiency, cool paints, and thermal comfort. It conducts research and extension projects in thermal comfort, air quality and building energy simulation. He supervises research and extension students in projects related to thermal comfort, monitoring, and building energy simulation. As a Maker Space Coordinator, he also supervises students and lecturers from different fields inside and outside the organization.
Possui graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2009), mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2011) e doutorado em Mechanical Engineering - Brunel University London (2018). Atua como professor do Instituto Federal de Pernambuco Campus Ipojuca desde 2011, é parte integrante do curso de Engenharia Mecânica do IFPE Campus Ipojuca e Coordenador do laboratório IFMaker do mesmo Campus. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfase em Aproveitamento da Energia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: eficiência energética, cobertas seletivas, conforto térmico. Realiza projetos de pesquisa e extensão na área de conforto térmico, qualidade do ar e simulação termoenergética.
