He holds a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (1997), a law degree from the University of Fortaleza (2000) and a master's degree in Constitutional Law from the University of Fortaleza (2011). Doctorate in Constitutional Law (2021) . He is currently a federal prosecutor - FEDERAL INSS ATTORNEY. He has experience in the field of Law, with emphasis on Public Law, Regulatory, Social Security, Legal Sociology and International/Transnational and Comparative Law and History of Law. Acting mainly on the following subjects: Theory of the Constitution, International Law, Comparative Law, legal bases of Neoliberalism and History of Law.

Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Teoria da Constituição, Direito Internacional, Direito Comparado, bases jurídicas do Neoliberalismo e História do Direito.
