Christian Puhlmann Brackmann

Ele é pai da Ana Laura e da Carolina, Professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Farroupilha (IFFAR) na área da Computação. Ele é Bacharel e Licenciado na área da Computação, Especialista em Educação a Distância, Mestre em Ciência da Computação e Doutor em Informática na Educação. Em 2015, participou na proposta pioneira de inclusão da Computação no currículo nacional junto ao Ministério da Educação (MEC) e, em 2018, foi coautor do Currículo de Referência Tecnologia & Computação (http://curriculo.cieb.net.br/) proposto pelo Centro de Inovação para a Educação Brasileira (CIEB). No ano de 2021 participou como um dos coordenadores das Normas sobre Computação na Educação Básica - Complemento à BNCC junto ao Conselho Nacional de Educação (CNE) que já se encontra em vigor. Recentemente, desenvolveu, junto com outros pesquisadores, a proposta pioneira de levar a Inteligência Artificial à Educação Básica, por meio do Referencial Curricular em IA no Ensino Médio. Também é mantenedor do site www.computacional.com.br e executa projetos de pesquisa e extensão para desenvolvimento de objetos de aprendizagem, disseminação e sensibilização da Computação na Educação Básica com professores e gestores da rede de educação a nível regional, estadual, nacional e internacional no segmento público e privado.

Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Farroupilha (IFFAR) in the field of Computing, where he currently holds the position of International Relations Advisor and Deputy Dean of Extension of the institution. He has also served as Coordinator of Course and EaD Core, General Coordinator of Graduate Studies and Director of Information Technology at IFFAR. In addition, he routinely participates in evaluation committees of higher education courses for INEP / MEC in the field of Computing. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the Franciscana University (UFN), licensed by the Special Graduate Program for Teacher Training for Professional and Technological Education by the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Specialist in Distance Education with specialization in Educational Technologies by Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR), Master in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Pelotas (UCPEL) and Doctor in Informatics in Education from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He is co-author of the Reference Curriculum Tecnologia & Computação and the Training Itinerary recommended by the MEC in Digital Culture, also proposed by the Innovation Center for Brazilian Education (CIEB). He is also the maintainer of the website www.computacional.com.br and carries out research and extension projects for the development of learning objects, dissemination and awareness of Computational Thinking in Basic Education with teachers and education network managers at regional, state level, national and international in the public and private segment.
