Carlos Roberto Ruchiga Corrêa Filho

Coordenador de auditoria de regulação na Controladoria-Geral da União. Possui graduação em Engenharia Sanitaria-Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1999), Especialização em Governança e Controle da Regulação em Infraestrutura (ENAP, 2018) e Mestrado em Engenharia Civil - Hidráulica e Saneamento pela Universidade de São Paulo (2004). Tem experiência nas áreas de auditoria interna governamental, regulação em infraestrutura e engenharia sanitária e ambiental, com ênfase em planejamento integrado dos recursos hídricos, atuando, principalmente, nos seguintes temas: regulação, políticas de Infraestrutura, meio ambiente, planejamento e gerenciamento de recursos hídricos.

He holds a degree in Sanitary-Environmental Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (1999), Specialization in Governance and Control of Regulation in Infrastructure (ENAP, 2018) and a Masters in Civil Engineering - Hydraulics and Sanitation by the University of São Paulo (2004). He has experience in the areas of Government Internal Audit, Infrastructure Regulation and Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, with an emphasis on Integrated Water Resources Planning, working mainly on the following topics: regulation, infrastructure policies, environment, planning and management of water resources.
