Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo (UFPE), mestrado em Antropologia (UFPE) e doutorado em Desenvolvimento Urbano (UFPE). Atualmente é professor Associado 4 da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Tem experiência na área da Geometria Gráfica especialmente no que diz respeito às metodologias de ensino e das novas tecnologias para estudo e representação da forma. Também tem experiencia na área de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, tendo atuado principalmente nos seguintes temas: comunidade e sociedade, relações sociais, comportamento anti-social e condomínios residenciais. É Professora do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Matemática e Tecnológica | EDUMATEC | UFPE. É membro do Colegiado e do Núcleo Docente Estruturante do Curso de Licenciatura em Expressão Gráfica, também faz parte dos Grupos de Pesquisa do CNPq: Laboratório de Estudos em Tecnologias de Representação Gráfica - LabGRAF e; UFPE; Mídias Digitais e Mediações Interculturais - UFPE.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in architecture and urbanism from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1995), master's degree in Anthropology from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2000) and PhD in Urban Development from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2008). She is currently an adjunct IV professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Has experience in the field of architecture and urbanism, having served on the following subjects: community and society, social relationships, antisocial behaviour and residential condominiums. Also has experience in the area of Graphics Geometry especially with regard to teaching methodologies and new technologies for study and representation of the form. She is a member of the collegiate and Structuring of Teaching core course degree in graphic expression, also part of the research groups of the CNPq: laboratory studies on Imaging Technologies-LabGRAF-UFPE; Visual translation and Assistive Communication-UFPE. Acts as Teacher researcher in the EAD course of the Digital Visual Arts at UFRPE.
