Mestre em Direitos Humanos Fundamentais pelo Centro Universitário FIEO, UNIFIEO (2012), linha de pesquisa positivação e concretização dos direitos fundamentais segundo a ordem econômica e social. Especialista em Direito Empresarial pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, PUC/SP (2006). Possui graduação em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, PUC/RS (1999) e graduação em Administração de Empresas igualmente pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, PUC/RS (1998).
