Francisco Sérgio Rodrigues Pereira

Degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Ceará (2004), specialist in public administration the Faculty Estacio of Ceará (2011) and Master in economics of the public sector at the Federal University of Ceará (2014). Since 04/2009 is planning and budget analyst in the Office of planning and management of the State of Ceará in the Northeast region. Has experience in the area of public administration, with an emphasis on budget and public finances, working mainly on the following themes: planning, execution and management of public budget.

Graduado em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2004), Especialista em Administração Pública pela Faculdade Estácio do Ceará (2011) e Mestre em Economia do Setor Público pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2014). Desde Abril de 2009 é Analista de Planejamento e Orçamento na Secretaria do Planejamento e Gestão do Estado do Ceará. Tem experiência na área de Administração Pública, com ênfase em Orçamento e Finanças Públicas, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: planejamento, execução e gestão do orçamento público.
