Armando Siquara Neves Filho

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (2001), Degree in Military Sciences from the Military Academy of "Agulhas Negras" (1995) and master's degree in Transportation Engineering (Emphasis on Road Infrastructure - Paving) from the Military Institute of Engineering (2006). Currently serves on the Direction of Works Cooperation of Brazilian Army, performing activities of planning and monitoring construction of transport infrastructure.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Civil pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (2001), graduação em Ciências Militares pela Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (1995) e mestrado em Engenharia de Transportes (Ênfase em Infraestrutura Rodoviária - Pavimentação) pelo Instituto Militar de Engenharia (2006). Atualmente atua na Diretoria de Obras de Cooperação do Exército Brasileiro, exercendo atividades de planejamento e acompanhamento de obras de infraestrutura de transportes.
