Bibiana Biscaia Virtuoso

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Paraná (2016) and Master's in Law from the Federal University of Paraná (2020). Postgraduate student in Digital Law and Data Protection at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP). Specialist in Family and Succession Law by the Brazilian Academy of Constitutional Law (ABDConst). Researcher at the Copyright and Industrial Law Study Group - GEDAI/UFPR.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2016) e mestrado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2020). Pós -graduanda em Direito Digital e Proteção de dados no Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa (IDP). Especialista em Direito de Família e Sucessões pela Academia Brasileira de Direito Constitucional (ABDConst). Pesquisadora no Grupo de Estudos de Direito Autoral e Industrial - GEDAI/UFPR.
