Carlos Roberto Bueno Ferreira

Doutor em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, na área de concentração Ética e Filosofia Política e linha de pesquisa Estado e teorias da justiça. É Mestre em Filosofia pela mesma Instituição (com período sanduíche na Universidad de la República de Uruguay). Integra o Grupo de Pesquisa Interdisciplinar em Teoria da Justiça e Cultura Política, coordenado pelos Professores Dr. Nythamar de Oliveira e Dr. Thadeu Weber, além de integrar os grupos de pesquisa do projeto RAIES (Rede de Inteligência Artificial Ética e Segura) e da AIRES - PUCRS (Artificial Intelligence Robotics Ethics Society). Possui Graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2006) e Especialização em Direito Público pela Escola Superior de Magistratura Federal (2010). É advogado, inscrito na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil/RS sob o n.74778. Interessa-se por questões relacionadas à Ética, Direito Digital, Teorias da Justiça e Escolha Social.

PhD in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, in the area of Ethics and Political Philosophy and line of research State and Theories of Justice. Master in Philosophy from the same institution (with sandwich period at the Universidad de la República of Uruguay). Integrates the Interdisciplinary Research group in Theory of Justice and Political Culture and the research groups RAIES (Rede de Inteligência Artificial Ética e Segura) and AIRES - PUCRS (Artificial Inteligence Robotics Ethics Society). Graduated and JD in Law from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2006). Specialized in Public Law from the School of Federal Judiciary (2010). He is a lawyer, entered the Order of Lawyers of Brazil / RS under the n.74778. Is interested in issues related to Ethics, Digital Law, Theories of Justice and Social Choice.
