Flavio Rogerio Rocha

Doutorando em História na Universidade Federal do Paraná, mestre em Imagem e Som pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos, é especialista em Comunicação e Semiótica pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná e graduado em História pela Universidade Federal do Paraná. É bolsista da Fundação Araucária/Capes, professor de História da Secretaria de Estado da Educação do Paraná, atualmente afastado de suas funções. Tem experiência com ensino técnico e superior, lecionando em cursos de Comunicação e afins. Trabalhou durante cinco anos no projeto especial TV Paulo Freire, canal de televisão educacional voltado aos alunos e professores da rede estadual de ensino do Paraná, atuando como editor de vídeo e cameraman. Pesquisa os desdobramentos da produção de filmes na bitola Super 8 no Brasil durante a década de 1970. É fotógrafo, videomaker e documentarista, tendo realizado diversos projetos nas áreas de artes, cultura popular e música.

PhD student in History at the Federal University of Paraná, Master in Image and Sound at the Federal University of São Carlos, specialist in Communication and Semiotics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and graduated in History at the Federal University of Paraná. He is a scholarship holder of the Araucária Foundation/Capes, professor of History at the State Department of Education of Paraná, currently away from his duties.
