Luiz Antonio Felix Junior

Doutor em Administração pela Universidade Potiguar (PPGA/UnP) como bolsista do Novo Programa de Formação Doutoral Docente (PRODOUTORAL/CAPES/IFAL edital nº 08/2018), Mestre em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (PPGCON/UFPE), Especialista em Docência no Ensino Superior pelo Centro Universitário SENAC, Graduado em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB) e em Administração pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (UNICSUL). Atualmente é Professor EBTT do Instituto Federal de Alagoas (IFAL - Campus Benedito Bentes) atuando no curso técnico subsequente em Logística e na especialização em Desenvolvimento Organizacional (PGDO/IFAL). Líder do Núcleo de Estudos sobre Organizações, Gestão, Empreendedorismo, Tecnologia e Qualidade (NeoGetq/CNPq/IFAL) na linha de Gestão Pública, membro do Grupo de Pesquisa Governança e Sociedade Digital (D-Govs/PUCRS) e Editor da área de gestão pública e governança da Revista Gestão e Organizações (ReGOr/IFPB). Tem interesse em pesquisas em administração pública e da informação, nos temas: governança inteligente; cidades inteligentes; valor público; participação social: controle social, engajamento do cidadão e comunicação; governo digital; e transformação digital. Graduated in Accounting from the Federal University of Paraíba (2014) and in Administration from the Cruzeiro do Sul University (2020), Specialist in Teaching in Higher Education from the Senac University Center (2015), Master in Accounting from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2015) and Doctoral Student in Administration at Universidade Potiguar (PPGA/UnP/Laureate International Universities) with a scholarship in the New Doctoral Teacher Training Program (PRODOUTORAL/CAPES/IFAL notice nº 08/2018). He is currently Professor of Basic, Technical and Technological Education at the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL - Campus Benedito Bentes), editor of the public management and governance area of ​​the Gestão e Organizações Magazine (ReGOr/IFPB), editor of the accounting, finance and public administration of Revista Principia (Principia/IFPB), leader of the Center for Studies on Organizations, Management, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Quality (NeoGetq/CNPq/IFAL), Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the Congress of Accounting and Actuarial Sciences of Paraíba (CONCICAT/ UFPB) and Researcher at the Digital Governance & Society Research Group (d-GOVS/PUCRS). He is interested in research in public administration and accounting, in the themes: smart governance; smart cities; public value; social participation: social control, citizen engagement and communication; digital government; digital transformation; collaboration, participation and partnership; financial education, behavioral finance and disclosure of accounting information.
