Ana Lúcia Torres Seroa da Motta

Bachelor's in Architecture and Urban Planning obtained at Rio de Janeiro?s Federal University (1980), bachelor's in Law obtained at Estácio de Sá University (2007), bachelor's at architecture obtained at Université Paris I - France (1975), Master of Science in the subject of Environmental Design and Engineering obtained at Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning, UCL ? London - UK (1982) and Philosophy Doctor in the field of Evaluation of the thermal performance of buildings, obtained at Bartlett School of Architecture and Planning, UCL - London - UK (1985). Post doctoral degree held in I.T.T. - Institut für Technologie in den Tropen - Cologne University of Applied Sciences - Engineering Sciences Centre, located in Cologne-Deutz, Germany (1998). At the present moment works as an Associate Professor at the Fluminense Federal University. Has experience in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on environmental health, thermal comfort, acoustic comfort, acting also on the following subjects: environmental design, bioclimatic design, reducing buildings? energy consumption, sustainable and green buildings evaluation and indoor air quality.

Possui graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1980), graduação em Direito pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (2007), mestrado em Environmental Design and Engineering - Bartlett School Of Architecture And Planning (1982) e doutorado em Environmental Design and Engineering - Bartlett School Of Architecture And Planning (1985). Atualmente é professor associado IV da Universidade Federal Fluminense, curso de pós-graduação da Universidade Católica de Petrópolis e curso de pós-graduação da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfase em Engenharia Térmica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: conforto ambiental, sustentabilidade, racionalizacao do consumo de energia, qualidade do ar e construção civil.
