Engenheiro de Produção, Mestre em Engenharia de Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), MBA em Gestão Industrial e MBA em Gestão Financeira: Controladoria e Auditoria, ambos pela FGV. Tem mais de 20 anos de experiência na condução de projetos na área de manufatura, atuando como gestor e especialista na implantação de projetos de desenvolvimento e inovação de novas unidades fabris e de linhas de produção que envolvam a introdução e garantia da qualidade e de novos produtos tecnológicos no processo fabril. É especialista no estudo de viabilidade técnica, econômica e comercial de novos processos industriais/unidades fabris. Na Fundação CERTI, atualmente exerce o cargo de Diretor Executivo do Centro de Inovação em Processos Produtivos e também de Diretor do LABelectron ? Laboratório-Fábrica para o Desenvolvimento e Testes de Processos e Produtos Eletrônicos. Na PRODUZA S/A, empresa de Manufatura Eletrônica, exerce o cargo de Diretor-Presidente/CEO.
