Adjunct Professor of the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages Applied to Multilingualism and the Information Society (LEA-MSI) at the University of Brasília (UnB). Graduated in Translation and Interpretation - Universidad de Alicante (1999), Master in Gender and Development - Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2005) and Ph.D. in Social Sciences - Comparative Studies on the Americas by UnB (2020). She has worked (2004-2012) for the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UNWOMEN). Researcher at Mobilang, GRIEG and LAEMI groups. Coordinator of the University Extension Project Migration and Borders in the Federal District: linguistic mediation as a guarantee of human rights. She works in the fields of sociology of language, sociolinguistics, gender, feminisms, racism, international migrations, indigenous languages.

Trabalhou (2004-2012) no Fundo de Desenvolvimento das Nações Unidas para a Mulher (UNIFEM) e na Entidade das Nações Unidas para a Igualdade de Gênero e o Empoderamento das Mulheres (ONUMULHERES). Pesquisadora nos grupos Mobilang, GRIEG e LAEMI. Coordenadora do Projeto de Extensão Universitária Migrações e Fronteiras no Distrito Federal: a mediação linguística como garantia dos direitos humanos. Trabalha nas áreas de sociologia da linguagem, sociolinguística, gênero, feminismos, racismo, migrações internacionais, línguas indígenas.
